Pull parts for electrical and mechanical machine builders. Maintain a well-organized warehouse and accurate inventory records.  Ensure inventory is available and stored in proper locations. Help shipping & receiving.

This hands-on, functional leader is responsible for profitable growth by leading and delivering Mechanical Engineering results and innovation throughout the product development process.  Collaborate within and beyond the Engineering team to plan, implement, track and deliver quality products to customers within cost, quality and delivery specifications. Perform design engineering and project management using solid engineering practices.  Inspire and manage the assigned team members to ensure success of technical projects, and engagement and development initiatives. Interact with and travel to customers.


  • Retrieve parts for work orders to support efficient and quality production. Prioritize internal customer requests and act as "runner" for production areas.
  • Using Bills of Materials and labels, verify the proper location of parts when stocking and pulling from inventory.
  • Complete accurate counts and verifications to ensure incoming parts and stock match orders placed.
  • Record all inventory transactions on the computer and verify records match inventory on hand.
  • Store incoming parts and stock in warehouse, maintaining an organized and clearly-labeled warehouse.
  • Assist with Shipping & Receiving and basic inspection duties as needed:
    • Prepare shipments according to shipping requirements. Assemble and check orders, pack and crate, label.
    • Complete and maintain required paperwork and inventory transactions.
    • Check and receive incoming deliveries against purchase orders and distribute to recipient or inventory location.
    • Assist loading and unloading trucks as needed, build and secure wooden crates, and other packages.
  • Communicate with supervisor, leads and purchasing about depleting inventory and discrepancies.
  • Operate a forklift, hand truck, and crane.
  • Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace. Demonstrate company values.


High School graduate or equivalent plus 1 year experience with inventory or a warehouse ideally in a manufacturing environment.  Knowledge of standard mechanical parts.  Good math skills.  Ability to work with routine standard procedures, but adjusting when requested.  Ability to safely work with saws and hand tools ideal.  Self- starter with good focus and responsive to multiple coworker requests.  Ability to operate a lifts, cranes and hoists.  Exceptionally well organized with excellent attention to detail. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
