Our Service Technicians are the face of Power Test out in the field.  You will work with a variety of product lines and customer applications to provide technical support, troubleshooting and installation of Power Test products for our domestic and international customers.

Provide Technical Expertise; customer onsite installation, repairs and training.  You will grow and develop technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical and hydraulics on the job and through our extensive ongoing training and development initiatives.

Provide Solutions; Problem solve and technical troubleshooting.  You will interpret manuals and instructions into mechanical and software applications.  You will lead team collaboration efforts with the customer and internal resources to provide the right solutions.

Collaborate and assist the Engineering team with product development and testing of new products

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electronic theory, hands on technical experience and a mechanical aptitude
  • Excel at communication (verbal and written), have sound judgment and decision making skills and possess the ability to think under pressure, take action and facilitate customer solutions.
  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites (average 30% travel)
